Please Note:

1. Enter PAN and Mobile Number as registered with Bank.

2. Click on Get OTP. An OTP will be sent to given Mobile Number.

3. Enter OTP and Submit.

4. Customers with multiple customer id would not be able to download Form 16A.

5. Select the desired language before clicking on Get OTP.

6. Form 27D for customers who have paid TCS on LRS etc. is also available.
